∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Must have a strong knowledge in English and machinery equipment

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability
∎ Developing a product specification with fellow engineers, often including those from other engineering disciplines
∎ Developing, testing, evaluating and troubleshooting of all mechanical equipments
∎ Discussing and solving complex problems with sub-contractors and suppliers along with judging the faithfulness and sanctity of the suppliers
∎ Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments
∎ Managing and monitoring the maintenance procedures for all electro-mech equipments are done according as scheduled
∎ Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications
∎ Preparing comparative cost analysis for higher officials to allow them to make decisions in achieving best quality product at valued price
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, DUET, AUST, UAP are preferred
∎ Should have sound knowledge about AC and Chiller system
∎ Should have knowledge about Lift and Fire Fighting equipment
∎ Should have knowledge of Real Estate
∎ Hardworking
∎ Self motivated
