∎ Position Overview:
∎ As an M.E.P. Engineer with Cityscape International Limited, you will be at the forefront of engineering excellence, responsible for conceiving and executing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that form the backbone of our prestigious projects. This role demands a visionary engineer who is deeply knowledgeable in MEP systems and thrives on integrating innovative and sustainable solutions into world-class designs. You will collaborate closely with top-tier architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that every element is meticulously planned and executed to meet our elevated standards of luxury, safety, and sustainability.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Masterful MEP Design: Design and develop cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that align with the luxurious aesthetics and functional needs of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Ensure that all systems meet the strictest international codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ • Collaborative Project Leadership: Engage with renowned architects, designers, and contractors to harmoniously integrate MEP systems into the overall design narrative, ensuring flawless synergy between all project elements. Lead cross-functional teams with precision, ensuring all systems are completed on schedule and to impeccable standards.
∎ • System Optimization & Sustainability: Evaluate and refine MEP systems to maximize efficiency, sustainability, and performance. Implement forward-thinking, energy-efficient technologies that contribute to the reduction of environmental impact while maintaining the uncompromised luxury of the project.
∎ • Exemplary Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality assurance inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that every MEP system meets the highest level of safety, performance, and design integrity. Address any technical challenges with swift, innovative solutions to maintain the project’s exceptional standards.
∎ • Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Serve as a technical authority on-site, providing guidance and solutions to overcome any engineering challenges during installation. Your expertise will ensure that all MEP systems perform seamlessly and contribute to the overall success of the project.
∎ • Detailed Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all MEP design phases, including calculations, specifications, and technical reports. Ensure that all project records reflect the exacting standards of our distinguished clientele.
∎ Key Qualifications:
∎ • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a closely related field from a prestigious institution.
∎ • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and installation of MEP systems for high-end luxury projects, particularly in the hospitality and residential sectors.
∎ • Technical Mastery: Profound expertise in MEP system design and implementation, with extensive knowledge of international building codes and safety regulations. Experience with state-of-the-art systems, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainable materials.
∎ • Software Expertise: Mastery in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-leading design software. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and advanced engineering tools.
∎ • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
∎ • Attention to Detail & Precision: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that all MEP systems are flawlessly executed, reflecting the precision and excellence that [Your Company Name] is known for.
