Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the Optimum utilization of resources (Mechanics/Machinery/Spares) to carry out smooth production process.
Ensure all sewing/non-sewing machinery align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Standardization of machine setting to minimize the deviations in machine setting time.
