∎ Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for Math and Science.
∎ Teach mathematics and science concepts effectively using a variety of instructional strategies.
∎ Encourage active student participation in classroom discussions, activities, and projects.
∎ Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and creative writing projects, providing constructive feedback.
∎ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on student progress.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
∎ Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.
∎ Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance
