Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in executing the marketing strategy of Bashundhara Employment Services
Promote overseas job opportunities & training programs
Support digital activities (post scheduling, basic content assistance)
Maintain communication with candidates, clients, agencies & partners
Conduct field visits (training centers, agencies, events)
Prepare promotional materials, flyers, and campaign content
Organize seminars, events, presentations, and outreach activities
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity reports
Ensure consistent brand visibility
