Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 35 years
Expertise in photography and videography, with proficiency in editing for different media platforms and formats.
Must be able to generate ideas for posting and advertising but also create an overall brand image for the long run. He or she should be able to create content for day to day posting.
Must be able to source various photographers, videographers or other artists that will create mixed media for the company.
Must be able to use TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other forms of social and marketing media.
Marketing background, either through education or work experience, with a strong understanding of branding and content marketing principles.
Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in social media, photography, and content creation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
Must also be able to work with offline media and advertising through print media, events, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our digital media content creator to develop engaging visual content for our social media channels.
- Utilize professional photography and videography equipment to capture high-quality images and videos that showcase our brand and offerings.
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
- Stay up to date with current trends, photographic styles, and content creation techniques relevant to education and land sales industries.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.
