Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing and Design is required for a career as a marketing designer, Part of the curriculum that is involved with a marketing and design degree includes the use of Photoshop and Illustrator, branding and corporate identities, advertising design and typography.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe indesign, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ It is essential for marketing designers to know a variety of computer software programs. The computer software programs include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint. Marketing designers must also be able to work closely with clients to develop marketing strategies that fit both their artistic sensibilities, but the clients goals as well.
∎ Assist to develop marketing communication tools to promote our products , services and marketing plan
∎ To plan and communicate across the organization company's event, seminars, conference etc and execute the same.
∎ Liaison and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, distributors, colleagues, supplier and partner organization.
∎ Communicate with target audience and manage customer/ public relations.
∎ Sourcing advertising opportunities to explore, plan and execution.
∎ Managing the production of marketing materials including liaising with designers, printers and respective service providers etc.
∎ Writing, proof reading, organizing photo shot, maintain customer's database, conducts FGD's and Research And contribute to develop marketing plan and strategies.
∎ Liaison with distributors exclusively and maintain competitors' activities.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on computer including, MS office, Web Designing, Official Email Writing, Photoshop.
∎ Should have experience to develop different types of marketing tools.
∎ Should have strong communication skill to communicate through different ways to different types of customers & distributors.
∎ Support the Management and as when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Marketing, Sales in any reputed companies.
∎ Computer literacy,
∎ Fluently in English.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Skills in IT, Photoshop, Illustrator and social media
∎ Customer facing skills
∎ Commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to think strategically
∎ Copy writing and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online
∎ Creative with an eye for detail
∎ Analytical skills- evaluate marketing campaigns
∎ Confident, driven and self motivated and able to foster good working relationships
∎ Team player with a flexible approach to work
∎ The ability to work well under pressure
∎ Influencing and negotiation skills
∎ Numeracy skills
