Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed university with good academic credential.
∎ Adequate computer practical knowledge is required.
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Computer Operator, Customer Support, Data Entry Operator/ Supervisor, Office Assistant, Personal Secretary, Secretary

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize Meeting, keeping Country Sales Manager(CSM)'s daily schedule, Keeping records of meeting minutes
∎ Maintaining Staff Personal File.
∎ Preparing the presentation/seminar schedule
∎ Providing and maintaining presentation materials using power point and other formats.
∎ Filling all the documents
∎ Corresponding through e-mail with Home office, Distributors, Government and Non-Government offices etc.
∎ Writing notice and various announcements
∎ Maintain holiday list and making the necessary announcements through e-mail and all other possible way to our distributors, customers and all related bodies
∎ Assisting the Distributors as and when needed
∎ Official Event arrangement
∎ Dealing with various official issues with the CSM and staffs
∎ Manage, organize and update files, records, correspondence, reports etc
∎ Assisting CSM for all necessary issues as and when needed by CSM
∎ Rally arrangement
∎ Issuing invitation letter for VISA and also help VISA processing and arrangement for distributors at the time of Rally
∎ Issuing official letter such as - employment letter, show cause letter, termination letter etc.
∎ Help in staff recruitment process
∎ Translate official documents from Bengali to English and English to Bengali
∎ Taking quotation for printing materials and other works.
∎ Provide different reports to Management as and when required in word, excel format.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have high level computer knowledge!
∎ Ability to use Excellent Microsoft office and other software, especially excellent command on word, excel and power point will be required
∎ Have strong skills in communication both in English and Bengali
∎ Must have the passion for winning and commitment towards bringing in the desired result
∎ Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strategic thinking and customer orientation
∎ Preference will be given to candidate with proven skills

Salary: Negotiable
