• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and services, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and excellent customer service.
• Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations.
• Sales Process Management: Facilitate the entire sales process, from product selection to order processing and payment handling.
• Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of showroom inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies and coordinating with management for restocking.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in showroom promotions and events, effectively presenting products to attract customers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service and inform management about customer preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance showroom operations and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist customers and improve sales strategies.
