∎ Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute campaigns, events, workshops, and outreach programs, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
∎ Logistics Management: Oversee event timelines and logistics, coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
∎ Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events and enhance them for digital marketing purposes.
∎ Content Writing: Craft compelling written content for digital marketing promotions and materials.
∎ Digital Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital records and archives of events, including photos, videos, and other assets.
∎ Website Management: Ensure our website reflects our mission and engages our audience effectively by regularly updating content and managing site functionality.
∎ School Software Management: Oversee the management and optimization of school software to enhance operational efficiency and the user experience. Qualifications:
∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, event management, or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
∎ Experience in managing websites and digital assets.
