Age: 50 to 60 years;

Prior experience in the sub-contracting/ foreign subsidiaries/ brokerage/steel/ metal and similar industries;

Demonstrated negotiation skills with foreign clients in the sales or service sector;

Must have experience to work with top-level of Japanese Management;

Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;

Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).

Responsibilities & Context:

Communicate with Bangladeshi and foreign clients to ensure and provide market overview with Japanese Standard for the sectors of steel and metal industries;

Report to Sadoshima Corporation, Japan about monthly activities and services including financial and non-financial issues of the Dhaka Liaison Office;

Research and Identify new sales channels and market segments to expend the business operation in Bangladesh;

Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
