∎ In-depth knowledge of generators.

∎ Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
∎ Updated Knowledge of customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 8 years of work experience in Generator Sales with a similar industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate sales revenue from sales of Genset and collect orders of SITC project of Gensets.
∎ Increase market penetration by developing new customers and increasing footprints in the Chattogram Division.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining how products will meet customer needs and how satisfactory the after-sales service will be to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Collect new inquiries and ensure sending quotations after analyzing customer details and requirements.
∎ Follow up with customers repeatedly after sending quotations to get meeting schedules and continue to meet to gain the order.
∎ Negotiate in a smart manner that ensures obtaining adequate profit margin as well as sales of products.
∎ Build rapport, respond to customer queries and requirements very effectively, and ensure timely support to existing customers by coordinating with other departments if needed.
