∎ Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing field teams and supplier interactions.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where pricing decisions must be made quickly.
∎ Candidates with SAP Software experience will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with a wide variety of people every day
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Project or similar data analysis tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that ensure the timely availability of materials.
∎ Coordinate with regional and global teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supply chain risks to prevent disruptions.
∎ Use technology and data analytics to enhance visibility and connectivity across the supply chain.
∎ Expertise on Local and foreign procurement for Direct and indirect materials (RM/PM/Capex Purchase/Spare parts/Consumables)
∎ Expertise on Import/Export operation, Freight Forwarder management and Freight cost optimization
∎ Expertise on Commercial Documentation preparation and Customs duty optimization
∎ Expertise in RM (Raw Materials) and PM (Packaging Materials) planning and execution as per production demand.
