∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Automobile from any reputed Institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare forecast plan for vehicles and related workforce requirements.
∎ Plan, Organize & manage the operation of commercial vehicle of the Plant/Factory.
∎ Develop & implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of the fleet by supporting the distribution of the goods in different location
∎ Manage route plan for vehicles, and check daily mileage and logbook for different vehicles.
∎ Initiate periodic inspection plan for the fleet and generate technical reports for individual vehicles.
∎ Monitor work orders, notes, and monthly reports on expenditures for repairing and maintenance of the vehicles and arrange the payments accordingly.
∎ Identify problems/defects of all the vehicles of the company on a periodic schedule and ensure the quality of repair and maintenance by visiting the workshop as and when required.
∎ Oversee the attendance, leave, and overtime register for all the Drivers.
∎ Make a schedule for routine maintenance of all vehicles and maintain proper documentation of the maintenance cost of company vehicles.
∎ Oversee routine & ad hoc maintenance, and ensure quality repair & maintenance.
∎ Hire drivers, train them about road safety & security, change concerned Laws/Traffic rules etc. time to time.
∎ Visit BRTA as and when required to carry out and comply with all kinds of legal formalities (Registration, Fitness, Tax Token, Route Permit, Police Case etc.)
∎ Ensure the VTS usage, monitor vehicle movement & maintain the KPL of every vehicle to ensure cost-effective operation.
∎ Ensure that the vehicles' TAX Token, Fitness, road permit etc. are updated and maintain records accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in handling a large fleet of vehicles will get priority.
