∎ Arrange to collect Approval of POA Acceptance, Estate Clearance, LUC (Land Use Clearance) / TP (Town Planning Clearance), Special Project Permission (SPP), Unification (Housing Land or Govt. Plot), Plan Approval, Sale Permission, Plot/ Flat Mutation, Mortgage Permission and Foreign POA Attestation from Foreign Ministry and stamping from DC Office from RAJUK.
∎ Collect Re- Construction Permission, NOC From EXEN Office for plan approval, Unification (Govt. Plot), Sale Permission, Plot/ Flat Mutation and Mortgage Permission from NHA.
∎ Ensure timely completion of EXEN & SDE Report, Sale Permission, Unification, Plot/ Flat Mutation and Mortgage Permission from Ministry of Public Works.
∎ Manage Sale Permission, Plot/ Flat Mutation, Mortgage Permission and Plan Approval from Dhaka Cantonment Board.
