Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge of Old VAT Act & Rule 1991.
∎ Excellent knowledge of new VAT Act 2012 & Rule 2016.
∎ Take strategic plan to provide assistance and support in VAT related activities.
∎ Bank Deposit (Treasury SD / VAT/ VDS & Others).
∎ Good knowledge about ATV, AT, AIT, CD, RD & SD.
∎ Practical working experience in VAT, Supplementary Duties, VDS, Rebate, HS Code of Materials and Excellent knowledge of costing.
∎ Face Hearing For Value Approved, Audit Objection etc.
∎ Face Commissionerate Audit, Local Govt. Audit, and Excise Valuation Audit etc.
∎ Liaison with Commissioner (Dhaka North), Division, Circle Office Etc.
∎ To prepare related paper & documents in connection with VAT & Customs audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (Part-2 qualified) or CMA (partly qualified acceptable).
∎ Candidates MUST have completed Training/Trade Course: VAT, TAX.
∎ Candidates with qualifications as income tax lawyer will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Tax, Finance/ Accounts, RJC, Tax and VAT.
