∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for providing support in developing strategies, implementation of the activities, tracking project objectives for improving the Eyercare project under HNPP.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide management and technical support for project implementation and coordination with different stakeholders to implement the Eyecare related projects (20 BRAC Vision centers and BRAC Health Center).
∎ Develop plans and implement strategies to achieve the project goals in the working area.
∎ Ensure top notch tele consultation services and eye treatment in all the Vision centers
∎ Provide supportive supervision and facilitate field activities with the help of Regional Managers for achieving programme targets.
∎ Capacity development for MLOPs and Regional managers.
∎ Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure
∎ Disseminate project findings, lesson learnt and best practices in national and field level meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops
∎ Follow-up and monitor the activities of partner hospitals
∎ Coordinate and liaise with different development partners in the health sector at international, national, local levels.
∎ Analyze MIS and program data to provide various reports and take decision for the improvement of the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and financial management skills
∎ Proficient in using computer and internet
∎ Sound knowledge on the clinical issues on eye-care
∎ Have managerial and negotiation skills
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
