Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/BBA in Management, Accounting, Hotel/ Hospitality Management, Nutrition Science or any other relevant discipline from any recognised University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise BRAC Sutripti & Aarong Sutripti (Staff Canteen) and ensure timely distribution of lunch according to meal order.
∎ Check and signature cash book , all bills ,vouchers of Staff Canteen.
∎ Purchase of monthly food items, schedule distribution and select supplier through purchase committee.
∎ Call management committee meeting monthly basis and take decision regarding food menu and others time to time.
∎ Supervise cooking process, stabilize and maintain healthy cooking environment and provide logistic support to both Staff Canteens of BRAC Centre and Aarong.
∎ Operate bank accounts of BRAC Sutripti (Staff Canteen), preserve cheque book, issue cheque to supplier, transform and collect money from Aarong.
∎ Attend monthly meeting, implement meeting decisions and maintain liaison with other programmes/departments such as Internal Audit, IED-BU.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in Hotel Management or Community Centre/ Resort Management with focus on Catering, Menu Planning and Hygienic Food & Kitchen Management
