Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Diagnotic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have enough knowledge regarding hospital, diagnostic center purchase;
∎ Developing and implementing purchasing strategies;
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks;
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc;
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation;
∎ Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs;
∎ Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery;
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications;
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets;
∎ Working to improve purchasing systems and processes;
∎ Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system;
∎ Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams ;
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs;
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements;
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner;
∎ Provide constructive feedback;
∎ Work with finance, team to determine best vendors and distributors;
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors;
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws;
∎ Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists;
∎ Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials;
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders;
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements;
∎ Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities;
∎ Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service;
∎ Collaborate with other departments;
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.

∎ Fluent in English & Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge on MS applications program.
