Commercial Supply, Experiance in Procurement Logistics, Export/ Import through L/C, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & execute foreign & local procurement on time as product delivered to project location from supplier warehouse under budgeted / target cost
∎ Supervising Import & Customs jobs, Coordinating with Government Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Insurance, Freight Forwarders, Transports and Other related organizations.
∎ Opening import L/C (Foreign & Local), supervising by a developed tracking system for bank acceptance, fund arranging, liaising with bank for import payments. Monitoring import procedures. Communicating with the vendors to complete all associated paper works for getting import materials timely.
∎ Tracking various stages procurement activities and handle till delivery to customer warehouse.
∎ Dealing the customer credit situation, chasing overdue, effectively collect fund for making payments.
∎ Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
∎ Source, negotiate and purchase materials from local vendors as per project requirement.
∎ Order daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders (PO) delivery and shipment schedules.
∎ Implement internal procurement action plan to cater to superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements.
∎ Have knowledge about Customs laws and regulations regarding Import.
∎ Ensuring the validity of various company license & facilities.
∎ Look at ways to improve supply chain networks & create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems, work closely with project team & accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience in IT company or engineering or construction projects environment would be required.
∎ Proficient in MS office suite software, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
∎ Ability to learn new software as per the company standards.
∎ Knowledge of project management techniques
∎ Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
∎ Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
∎ Strong analytical skills
