Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Master’s degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: ERP Software Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and receiving incoming goods, inspect and verify their quality and quantity against purchase orders.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, including stock receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
∎ Issue goods with proper gate pass/challan and stock update.
∎ Ensure proper organization and storage of goods within the store.
∎ Verify weekly/Monthly stock of raw materials.
∎ Inspect items for quality and report any damaged or defective products.
∎ To work with software-based Inventory Management.
∎ Maintaining inventory, stack goods in proper place in safe way.
∎ Direct & control all store staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained & developed accordance with health, safety & hygiene standard.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ To run the store activities smoothly, he will coordinate with Production, Store, delivery, Security and HR /Admin department.
∎ She /He will recommend all leave applications of store section personnel.
∎ Place requisition of required materials for production on daily/weekly/monthly basis to Supply chain Dept.
∎ Strongly follow up with suppliers for receiving goods.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all the time.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
