Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to build a safety culture in the organization
∎ Design Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and processes across the organization
∎ Conducting & Monitoring HSE initiatives and safety meetings/discussions/training programs across plants/units
∎ Monitor the man-days lost due to accident/incident within the organization
∎ Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and industrial processes
∎ Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards
∎ Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing, based on those finding take preventive measurements.
∎ Responsible for initiating HSE & Compliance related certification for all the plants/units
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
