Job Context:
∎ Reports To: Chief Technical Officer
∎ Location: Gazipur Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of Ice Cream Production and Frozen Food Machinery (SL-800C, Rollo23, Comet-C2), Wrapping Machine, Mix Unit, CIP Unit, SF-Freezer 1200/700/600, IQF, Cold Storage, Nugget Machine, Vacuum Tumbler, Paratha Machine, Metal Detector, Blast Freezer, Mixer, Meat Ball machine, Vibrator Shifter, Meat Cutter, and Pastry Line.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of Gas generator, Boiler, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Tower, WTP, ETP, Date Code Machine. Carton Sealing Machine, Plate type Heat Exchanger.
∎ Operation and programming of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in different Mix unit, CIP Unit, Ice Cream Machine etc.
∎ Oversee total predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all types of production machineries/equipment's.
∎ Ensures proper response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time
∎ Maintain large Ammonia Refrigeration Plant and Freon Refrigeration.
∎ Supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively.
∎ Follow up inventory of spare parts and tools and control the quality of incoming spare parts from local and abroad.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing products
∎ Monitor safety standards and policies for employees working with plant machineries.
∎ Monitoring on-going maintenance works through personal visit and finding, analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting actual problems of all machineries.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.
