CNF Handling, Legal Knowledge, Suppliers and Vendor Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops an appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Be proactive to make the best yearly plan for the company’s all types of RM, PM & other procurement aspects.
∎ Develop a procurement plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Directs and coordinates national supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
∎ Collaborates with the procurement department to determine best practices for freight in and freight consolidation.
∎ Supports proper utilization of ERP system
∎ Member of the operations staff, responsible for a routine report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
∎ Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
∎ Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
∎ Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of supply chain and procurement
∎ Supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
∎ Practical skills in local procurement;
∎ Having liaison with govt. and non-govt. organization;
∎ Maintaining and updating ERP
