Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA or equivalent degree will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the SAP project and ensure deployment of deliverables on time and within the stipulated budget.
∎ Look after all SAP-related support needs, delegate/assign tasks to the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
∎ Ensure proper internal & external communication with the functional team & external vendors.
∎ Ensure day-to-day operational support as and when required to ensure error-free SAP operations.
∎ Discover new functionalities to improve continuous SAP operational activities and identify risks/loopholes.
∎ Error resolution/problem-solving/ new configuration to meet users' additional requirement
∎ Custom development work (forms/reports/DB object/API etc.) to meet user requirements within time and as per the commitment.
∎ Ensure daily backup and data recovery in line with all technical resources.
∎ Team Management - workload balancing, motivation, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing & resource development through proper training.
∎ Prepare and comply with all requirements in line with corporate compliances, policies, and/or audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 10 years of working experience and 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar area
∎ Experience in SAP projects. Training in Project Management is preferred.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-driven and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Prerequisite qualifications may be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
