∎ 10 to 14 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Activities:-
∎ Ensure availability of manpower required for the shift
∎ Ensure production yield as per production schedule and highlight issues for resolutions
∎ Supervise production process at various production channels at unit of heating, cooling, and grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications
∎ Ensure smooth Floor operations and adherence to production schedules
∎ Ensure adherence to technical and process specifications on the production floor
∎ Supervise setting of mills as per requirements like Grooving, OWS parameters, stock sizes etc
∎ Monitor production process to ensure production of final products as per quality specifications
∎ Reduce operational and process breakdown
∎ Execute shutdown jobs as per requirement
∎ Create and Review ERP/ MIS Production Batch managing required data sets
∎ Minimize miss rolls generation
∎ Prepare shift-wise production-related MIS
∎ Monitor and Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures at the Workplace
∎ Coordination:-
∎ Coordinate with Quality Assurance Department continuously to ensure quality of products and manage the production process accordingly
∎ Coordinate with workshop to ensure availability of spares and Consumables
∎ People Management:-
∎ Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities
∎ Provide career and performance support to reportees
∎ Manage attendance and leave of reportees
∎ Manage counselling and grievances of reportees
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred
Salary: Negotiable
