Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Master's degree in Renewable Energy (Preferred).
∎ Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (Strong Advantage).
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Willingness to travel and be on-site for project durations.
∎ Ability to work on-call during off-shift hours when required.
∎ Flexibility to take on an installation role if needed.
∎ Experience managing design, installation, and commissioning of large-scale PV projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Quality Assurance During Project Implementation:
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance systems, policies, and documentation for the lifecycle of solar projects.
∎ Conduct site inspections and audits to identify quality issues and non-conformities at the time of implementation.
∎ Perform quality checks on site work, materials, and components, ensuring compliance with standards.
∎ Identify risks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance project performance.
∎ 2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
∎ Monitor system performance through regular inspections and remote monitoring tools.
∎ Schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards at all project sites.
