Education:
    • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
  • MBBS degree from any reputed medical college.

  • Post Graduation Training in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maternity hospitals/clinics, with a focus on clinical quality monitoring in reproductive health, family planning, or SAPAC.

  • Strong communication, report writing, and teamwork skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of handling challenges independently.



Responsibilities & Context:

Work station: Head Office, Dhaka with 30% travel outside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical governance of obstetric facilities, supporting the General Manager – Clinical Quality Assurance & Management with quality assurance tools and governance frameworks.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GoB, MSB, and MSI global standards, protocols, and guidelines related to clinical services, especially obstetrics and newborn care.

  • Ensure all team members are trained and competent in relevant clinical protocols and guidelines through regular competency assessments.

  • Coordinate and manage actions required for accreditation, licensing, and certification of clinical facilities.

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled monitoring visits, observe service delivery, and perform clinical audits to ensure consistent quality standards.

  • Lead investigations of clinical incidents, report findings to Head Office, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

  • Guide clinic teams to meet MSI benchmarks for incident reporting.

  • Build and maintain effective clinical teams, ensuring staff are qualified, multi-skilled, and deployed appropriately.

  • Monitor the use of partographs for labor progression and provide training as needed.

  • Develop SMART action plans based on clinical incident investigations.

  • Actively contribute to the Medical Advisory Team, bringing forward relevant agenda items and driving service quality improvements.
