Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree in Biological Science preferably entomology background from any reputed University. Any professional education in marketing/sales discipline from reputed institute will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Managing and protecting a community's way of life. Utilize knowledge of disease control, public health management, safety guidelines and research. May work at the local, government & private channel level.
∎ 2. Develop & examine business strategies & policies that will be implemented in the market to handle problems in the field of Public Health.
∎ 3. To perform many of the following tasks like, Conducting assessments, Analyzing data, Generating ideas and solutions, Implementing strategies, Regulating and managing agencies & Dealing with medical professionals and public health management specialists.
∎ 4. Prepare annual sales budget for the company (Region / Territory- micro-units wise) in line with corporate guideline. Evaluate sales & recovery plan in compliance with the company's pre-approved policy.
∎ 5. Prepare monthly / quarterly budget phasing and provide rolling forecast to the Management team. Prepare current market oriented strategies & also suggest new market oriented strategies to the Management for approval, which can satisfy the needs of the customers and can improve relationship between customers (Internal - external) & company.
∎ 6. Develop strategic sales plan in consultation with the higher Management, implementation of plan at market granular level to exploit existing & potential public health market (Especially mosquito coils, repellent agents, vector borne diseases management products, and city corporation Public Health business) within the country.
∎ 7. Prepare strategies and business friendly policies for sustainable business growth & development of the company.
∎ 8. Strong ability to take hands on leadership role for the Sales, Customer Service, Branding, Marketing & Recovery activities of the company.
∎ 9. Coordination between various departments within the organization for Business Development would be an integral part of the job. Having power to motivate and uplift the spirits of the employees for sustainable growth of the company.
∎ 10. Ensure channel partner's satisfaction by developing need oriented programs. Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
∎ 11. Analyze own & competitors' market size & plan for targeted market leadership.
∎ 12. Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 15 years in relevant field with practical experience of implementing strategies, policies and run sale & recovery concept in the field of Bangladesh Public Health Market. Proven skills to manage sales team members are pre-requisite.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the field of Public Health Management Business through Govt. & private channels. Having Flexibility, excellent leadership, managerial capabilities, convincing and negotiation skills.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
∎ Willing to travel across country is required. The candidate must have ability to travel all over the county.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
