∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed organization /Bachelor/Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Garments, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure coordinated support in regards to project development, construction work, renovation activities in the factories in an efficient and cost effective way
∎ Monitoring civil Construction work ,Contractor and Labor related issues follow up.
∎ To coordinate with the engineering, procurement & other concern team to get the project done within the stipulated time
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Have good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Computer skill in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook is a must.
