Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for its Project team of Cummins.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source new customers for project sales and take initiatives to enhance the branding of projects.
∎ Meet gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, project solutions, analyzing trends and results.
∎ Analyze the project feasibility, conduct a site visit, analyze the conditions of machines & other related systems, and offer technical solutions to the customer.
∎ Monitor project design, prepare necessary documents, estimate project completion time, estimate the associated costs, and prepare a final budget with a markup price.
∎ Discuss estimation, design, documentation, and timeline with the customer along with the issues related to the project.
∎ After getting the project order, prepare an effective project execution plan to complete it within the stipulated time.
∎ Source equipment & materials and subcontractors/vendors and monitor the work-progress of vendors/subcontractors by visiting the project site.
∎ Prepare the design of the effective panel and other technical parts.
∎ Ensure installation, commissioning, and synchronizing of Gensets and Marine Engines.
∎ Prepare necessary reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in BOP, SCADA systems and drawing with AutoCAD.
∎ Knowledge of panel BOP design and off-grid synchronization.
∎ Experience in vendor management.
∎ Smart, energetic and willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building abilities throughout the organization and outside of it.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 8 years of work experience in Generator Installation, Commissioning, BOP, and Project Design of Electrical & Mechanical Systems.
