Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in major in EEE or Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support line manager to meet the demand by manufacturing quality battery and to achieve KPI, short and long term goals of the company.
∎ Meet and exceed quality improvement targets and reduce warranty return by implementing all the quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Ensure implementation of production schedule efficiently.
∎ Optimize manpower, OMS, machine out put to achieve production target and company objectives.
∎ Ensure continuous cost improvement for product competitiveness.
∎ Maintain minimum WIP (intermediate product) stock to minimize finance cost ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Ensure compliance and provide feed-back to up date procedure/ system in line with the ISO 9001 requirement.
∎ Implement and ensure compliance of EMS at manufacturing plant as per requirement of ISO14001 and company policy.
∎ Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine up time by continual updating of policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality standards relating to product, process minimizing defects and customer returns.
∎ Ensure Safety and Security of people and company assets at manufacturing.
∎ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards/ requirements as per company policy.
∎ Develop production core team and motivated work force for continual improvement.
∎ Training and development of production team.
∎ Drive MQI, QC circle and safety awareness to ensure quality and safety culture among the production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Experiences will be desirable with any sorts of manufacturing. System, Production & process Controls and Process Analysis tools for Quality Improvement & Waste Management. Job holder needs also strong communication /interpersonal skills, analytical skill, planning and management skill with desired computer literacy. Needs to have knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management. Material handling, Computer Applications, VAT regulations.
