∎ Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installed and Commissioned Batching Plant, Spinning Machine, Double & Single Beam Overhead Crane, Pole & Mould Transfer Trolley and Machine Wise Electricity Connection.
∎ Fabricated Mould Holes as per BREB Design, Top Plate, Bottom Plate & Re-action Plate, False Plate and others works related SPC poles production.
∎ Control production with quality and also Control Machine Maintenance.
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to SPC Poles Production, Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Controlling and supervising production work.
∎ Checking of raw materials, purchased materials and received materials in factory and reporting to higher authority.
∎ Checking manufacturing / production process and find out the defects of the process if any.
∎ Ensuring & monitoring every production steps so that no production passes to the next steps without conforming of quality.
∎ Checking work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Submit the daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly production summary report to higher authority.
∎ Any other responsibilities vested by higher authority.
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under production & maintenance Dept. and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Monitoring and controlling production & maintenance costs.
∎ Process optimization
∎ Wastage reduction
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report higher authority for all sorts technical issues related to production, Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual & monthly budget for production & Maintenance Dept.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under Maintenance Dept. and submit recommendations to higher authority.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing production & maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
∎ Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
∎ Control factory admin.
