Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil/Mechanical from reputed Institute/ University with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent would be completely responsible for:
∎ To verify Production Order and associated drawings to initiate production.
∎ To fully plan Factory production schedule.
∎ Overall production planning and execution process to include making delivery schedule, manpower set-up (Engineer, Supervisor, Foreman and workers), floor set-up, technical supervision and monitoring.
∎ To coordinate with Design, Operation & CSD, Logistics department of Head Office and required agencies for smooth production / functioning of Factory (Production aspect).
∎ To devise plan for jobs in different phases of each project and identify the resources needed i.e. machine and qualified manpower to complete the job (proper resources and time management).
∎ Place of duty at Factory, Bahadurpur, Gazipur & have to stay 06 (Six) days in a week in the factory. Besides, for any emergency of the Factory (off hour), the Management would expect your immediate presence at factory to deal with any untoward situation.
∎ To check the drawing (Every Project), if required to talk to the concerned design team, evaluate and assign the appropriate fabrication team.
∎ To ensure the total quality of products / manufactured in accordance with strict relevant standard or design and as per customer’s specific requirement and procedures.
∎ To prepare a production line plan/ time line and harness accordingly under the supervision of Head of Factory.
∎ Knowledge of design about Steel & RCC structure.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferably in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, TEKLA, Connection design software, Auto CAD, etc.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written English communication skill, dynamic leadership, negotiation and planning/budgeting competency backed by understanding of design & detailing is also pre-requisite.
∎ Must be energetic & capable to handle pressure.
