∎ Minimum 4-5 years’ experience of Procurement / Supply chain/ vendor Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & monitor the Framework Agreement according to BPGIP and other donor agencies recommendation
∎ Prepare, maintain and update category wise vendor classification, performance report, vendor development plan, vendor ban/suspension and vendor compliance report as per VRM process of BRAC.
∎ Conduct regular sourcing for better supply market exploration and reducing the inventory level by ensuring the lead time properly.
∎ Manage and taking prompt actions for emergency purchase in emergency case (Like Covid crisis, Flood relief and winter season blanket) and big purchase for special occasion.
∎ Conduct vendor visit
∎ Liaison with BRAC Humanitarian Crisis Management Program (HCMP)
∎ Prepare Framework Agreement (FWA) of new items.
∎ Price renewal and market verification of existing FWA at the end of price duration.
∎ Extension/Renewal of FWA after completion of existing agreement
∎ Enlistment of Suppliers for new/existing items
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ Supervise the Framework Agreement, Supplier enlistment, procurement requirements of BRAC’s Programs and Enterprises by ensuring value for money and maintaining highest level of integrity with due compliance as per BPGIP with a view to ensuring effectiveness, efficiency and speed up the procurement process.
