Candidates must possess proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel, as well as strong writing skills, including the ability to draft formal letters, applications, and notices.Responsibilities & Context.
Manage and maintain the GM's & Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.Communicate effectively with clients, and other stakeholders to relay messages and coordinate activities.
Assist the GM with various projects, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support.Track progress on key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as may be assigned by the General Manager according to the needs of the company.
