∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of power plant capacity.
∎ Ensure to provide power without any interruption.
∎ Plan such way to ensure maximum utilization of available time.
∎ Ensure monthly generation target as intended.
∎ Optimize resources and process to minimize cost.
∎ Ensure corrective, planned preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery for achieving zero breakdown.
∎ Maintain optimum level of inventories of spares parts with right qualities.
∎ Optimize cost and ensure quality of maintenance.
∎ Be a Mentor and manage the performance of the team members effectively.
∎ Maintain a good level of motivation to ensure best performance.
∎ Encourage and help employees have up to date work knowledge and attitude.
∎ Plan and proper management of indents to import and local purchase of all materials timely.
∎ Build ownership and sense of responsibility on all company assets.
∎ Develop and maintain system & process for proper internal control in Power Plant.
∎ Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve efficiency and control cost.
∎ Ensure safety of all power plant employees and assets by improving overall power generation process.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping of the power plant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning Skill
∎ Have practical idea about power plant.
∎ Have knowledge in MS office, Auto CAD, ISO 9001-2015 etc.
∎ Conflict Mgt.
∎ Have sound knowledge Gas base Generator working experience
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
