Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand and supply planning strategy in collaboration with production management
∎ Building on existing approaches, develop appropriate, robust and comprehensive supply chain planning procedures, tools and guidance to support effective and efficient asset utilization
∎ Converts aggregate inputs from Product Management, Sales, Production, and Finance into discrete item-level sales and ancillary demand forecasts, as a Demand Planner
∎ Manages the delivery of continuous improvement of supply chain demand forecasting and supply planning
∎ Works with regional supply chain personnel to ensure compliance with the Sales and Operations Planning process, service levels, and inventory targets
∎ Conducts monthly meetings with Product Management to review sales history and forecasts and discusses corrective action to forecasts where required
∎ Plan strategically and manage inbound supply chain operations for smooth transportation of goods
∎ Coordinate and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures
∎ Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
∎ Oversee financial management tasks, encompassing planning, control, budgeting, financial report preparation, cash flow projection, and the maintenance of adequate internal controls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in using inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain principles, production processes, and procurement strategies.
∎ Relevant Experience in Demand Planning, Logistics, and Procurement
