Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager (Planning) those who is the right talent for this position & who has expertise only on Planning/ scheduling/ Estimation of Construction projects.
∎ Workplace: Work at Head office
∎ Job Location: Office At Dhaka, Tejgaon , I/A
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, directs & coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame & funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
∎ Provide Engineering support for projects in various stages of estimating, Scheduling, Implantation, monitoring Of Progress of Project activities
∎ Assist Engineers Team with analyses of proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate.
∎ Assist estimators with calculations and complete take-off of the assigned work. Assist in the preparation of bid packages.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Specially Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission must be preferable, labor management, overall quality management and full time supervision capacity for construction of a modern Bridge, High-rise Building, Factory Building, Road & Building, and Power Plant Sub-Station work.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on MS Project including Microsoft office program.
∎ Assisting Project Manager in managing and delivery of the project.
∎ Assist project managers with the preparation and maintenance of the construction schedule.
∎ Any Assigned work by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cost estimating , Project bidding, Monitor and supervise ongoing project.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
∎ Will be responsible material planning of Seceding for building construction & there work of the organization.
Salary: Negotiable
