∎ MBA or PGD in Supply Chain Management or Production/Operations will be given preference.

∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in production and outsourcing operation management, preferably in the manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to prepare detailed reports and production summaries.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Strong command of both spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A proactive and detail-oriented approach with leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage outsourcing agreements in line with company standards and production plans.
∎ Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with subcontractors to ensure cost-efficiency.
∎ Ensure outsourced production aligns with planned volumes and delivery timelines.
∎ Monitor and manage delivery schedules to meet internal and client deadlines.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors for consistent production output.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations of subcontractors and recommend improvements.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, Logistics) for smooth operations.
∎ Track and resolve any delays, quality issues, or communication gaps with subcontractors.
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation and contracts for all subcontracting activities.
∎ Conduct regular site visits and audits to subcontractor locations to ensure compliance.
∎ Report production progress, challenges, and deviations to senior management regularly.
∎ Ensure subcontractor operations follow legal and compliance requirements.
∎ Analyze production trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
∎ Participate in sourcing and onboarding new subcontractors as needed.
∎ Support cost control initiatives and help reduce overall production expenditure.
∎ Any other task appointed by top management.
