Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC/MSC in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To report to the Secretary.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Operation & Maintenance of all types of civil, electric equipment and machineries.
∎ Must be acquainted to understand civil engineering, electrical & mechanical drawings related to the projects.
∎ Coordinate and Communicate with the different consultants.
∎ Attending daily, weekly and monthly meeting with vendor, supervise site activities, work scheduling etc.
∎ Maintain data-base by Club ERP.
∎ Controlling the quantity & quality of works executed at site as per drawings & specifications and maintain daily labour.
∎ Estimation and checking of materials prepare the requisition and follow up with related department.
∎ Must be well experienced in administration of Project, Maintenance department and provide quick solution to problems.
∎ Inspect civil works, electrical system, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure the action.
∎ Capable of making civil, electrical & mechanical diagram and understand all electric Diagram.
∎ The individual shall be the key responsible person for the machinery of whole club.
∎ Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of prevention, operational and corrective maintenance work of different civil, electric & mechanical equipment and machineries.
∎ To coordinate with other departments as required.
∎ Responsible to ensure proper monitoring, supervising and implementation of all repair & maintenance work of the club.
∎ Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience about Auto cad and other related software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (civil, electrical, plumbing etc.).
∎ Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
∎ Typing skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
∎ Planning and leadership abilities.
∎ An eye for detail.
∎ Computer skill.
∎ Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Inventory, Routine Maintenance: Sub Station, Generator, Heat Pump, VRL Air Conditioning System, Electrical Appliances, Plumbing.
∎ Candidate must possess high interpersonal, management skills and ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill in English.
Salary: Negotiable
