∎ Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day machine maintenance of the factory.
∎ Ensuring day-to-day smooth operation of production department of the factory by providing smooth machine maintenance support.
∎ Plan and implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance system and schedule.
∎ Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities of machinery.
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standards.
∎ Maintain maintenance logs and record daily activities.
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring collaboration and coordination among the departments of the production chain.
∎ Responsible for budgeting of the department
∎ Managing cost effective and sustainable operations in the factory by ensuring smooth machine maintenance support.
∎ Preparing reports as per management requirement.
∎ Managing maintenance team and providing necessary guidance and training.
∎ Ensuring proper team building and taking necessary steps for maintaining discipline and good team bonding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge on manpower management, motivation, and training to abide by all compliance issues and the buyer's Code of Conduct.
∎ Must have experience in related field.
∎ Team management and leadership skills.
∎ Experience is automation.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience.
