Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop project implementation strategies and prepare a detailed implementation plan (DPI) as per the project proposal
∎ Maintain and monitor project plans, project activities, budgets and expenditures regularly
∎ Ensure proper implementation of project activities aligned with project goals and objectives from time to time.
∎ Maintain close coordination and collaboration with project stakeholders (service providers, civil society organizations, local government bodies and government departments)
∎ Organize and facilitate meetings, training, workshops, orientations and dialogues as per organization requirement
∎ Ensure records of project documents and safety precautions are maintained properly
∎ Coordinate with different departments to complete the departmental work within the timeline
∎ Arrange different training programs to develop and increase subordinate knowledge, skills and abilities
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
∎ Arrange different organization awareness programs and be a change agent to align with the mission and vision of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Steel Plant projects will add an advantage.
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams
∎ Ability to identify hazards & risk factors during the project phase
∎ Strong & sound analytical ability and enthusiasm to work under pressure
∎ Excellent command of Mechanical Maintenance & Mechanical Spare Parts
∎ Have experience in project erection, commissioning or operation skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and leadership qualities
∎ Create a knowledge-sharing culture
∎ Expertise in working at MS Office Package
Salary:
