Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To take care of the Maintenance & Utility department of an entire branch containing food plant & others.
∎ Possess strong technical knowledge of Food Plant & Accessory machinery and equipment used in the factory.
∎ Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operating efficiently.
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds of accessories machinery & operating efficiently.
∎ Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station Monthly/Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery problems to minimize downtime.
∎ Implement necessary modifications to improve machine performance and productivity.
∎ Conduct technical audits in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Ensure all machinery meets compliance requirements.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of machine parts and their functions.
∎ Oversee the inventory and procurement of necessary machine parts.
∎ Manage the maintenance workshop, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped to handle all maintenance tasks.
∎ Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
∎ Provide regular maintenance reports to management, highlighting issues, solutions, and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unexpected breakdowns and extend the lifespan of machinery.
∎ Lead and motivate the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
∎ Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are Implemented without compromising quality.
∎ Do any other job assigned by the Higher authority.
