Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, coach and guide the factory on all work related to Engineering and Maintenance processes aligning to organizations policy deployment.
∎ Establish TPM practices with the emphasis on preventive and autonomous maintenance.
∎ Focus on NPI/QCO processes to achieve perfect kickoff.
∎ Critically measure performance, availability and down time at all areas where machines are involved and drive for perfect OEE.
∎ Make sure uninterrupted service to the manufacturing facility by keeping on track with scheduled maintenances, preventive measures, calibrations and certifications.
∎ Collect data extensively, analyze, brainstorm, create countermeasure and continuously improve performance.
∎ Involvement from the product development stage, do R&D, innovate, automate and drive the factory with the vision of IOT and industry 4.0.
∎ Create a culture of in-built quality and meet all key performance indicators such as OEE and Compliance.
∎ Manage the operations with utmost adherence to the local and international compliance requirements, prominence to safety and mutual respect at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in managing a sizable apparel factory as the Factory Engineer
∎ Solid experience in the field of Maintenance Engineering, Sewing Machinery Maintenance, Energy Management, Compliance, Environmental Engineering and Occupational Safety and Health
∎ Hands on experience in TPM, automation, data analysis and systematic problem solving skills
∎ Strong leadership with sound communication skills and exposure to lean manufacturing
