Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Formulate effective and dynamic strategy for imported lead by ensuring strategic sourcing
∎ • Efficiently follow-up from sourcing to material receiving with minimum lead-time.
∎ • Take sourcing decision based on working capital / cash flow situation for better utilization of fund.
∎ • Formulate effective and dynamic strategy for local lead in order to ensure collection of used battery collection (UBC) on regular basis
∎ • Prepare procedure for interaction between Rahimafrooz Storage Power Business and Rahimafrooz Distribution Limited/other local associates to ensure that there is no scope of communication gap resulting lower collection of UBC.
∎ • Tracking of competition on local lead (strategies & activities) and recommended necessary measures.
∎ • Analyse and report on local lead collection performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ • Align collection procedure of local lead in line with ISO 14001 requirement.
∎ • Coordinate activities with Rahimafrooz distribution network, manufacturing, finance & accounts, suppliers/vendors, customs and C&F agents for smooth & timely collection of lead.
∎ • Demonstrate leadership in strengthening the local lead team through coaching and other action
∎ • Ensure continual improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need strong communication / interpersonal skills, analytical skill, negotiation skill with desired computer literacy. Needs to have knowledge of MRP, International Business, and regulatory requirement. She/ He needs to be assertive, methodical, analytical, detail oriented, goal oriented, quality and cost conscious, planned and organized.
