Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting of complicated chemical process DCS, operating system, SNET and CNET system.
∎ Hands on experience on various process instrument calibration using universal calibrator. Good knowledge about field instrumentation, temperature class and gas tight equipment installation and maintenance.
∎ Ability to drive the workforce, distribute jobs among subordinates and follow up task realization documentation, data analysis for preventive action, demonstration of highly safety conscious attitute, prepare training materials and train engineers etc
∎ Plan, Design, implement, maintain instruments, equipment, facilities,Components and systems.
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications of Instrumentation systems. Ensure proper functioning of all major Instrumentation equipment including Generator system.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budget based on true installation require and recommendation.
∎ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance system of Instrument equipment's.
∎ Modify, repair, re-fix and adjust all sorts of Instrument equipment.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Hands of experience on PLC System set up and troubleshooting.
∎ Hands on experience on networking , Mod-bus and profi-bus communication system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
∎ Good interpersonal communication ability and peruse with management
∎ Ability to prepare spare parts forecast and raising requisition
∎ Good analytical ability of pneumatic and PLC integrated system set up.
