Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Masters of Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
∎ Proficient in project management software
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
∎ Will be added advantage if have proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.
∎ Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management·
∎ Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Implementation & QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure the quality is a high standard.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
∎ Quality Assurance during project implementation.
∎ Preventive and Corrective maintenance with regular monitoring and inspection.
∎ Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, Net Metering systems etc.
∎ Quality checking of site work and inspect project materials/Components.
∎ Scheduling and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
∎ Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
