Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

M Com/MBA in Accounting/Finance

Professional qualification preferred

CA (CC & Part qualified)ACCA / CMA

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 5–10+ years’ experience in audit/accounting·

• Experience in Group of Companies / Manufacturing / Corporate sector preferred·

• The applicants should have experience : Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Stainless Steel, Stainless Pipes

• Strong knowledge of IFRS / IAS, Bangladesh Tax, VAT laws, Bank /Party Reconciliation

• Should have the key competencies on Risk Assessment, Internal Control Evaluation, Fraud Detection etc.

• Good command in MS Excel, ERP, Accounting software (SAP/Tally/QuickBooks)

• Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills

• Should have smooth communication & leadership ability

• Ability to handle multiple audits & team management

• Develop & implement internal audit procedures and systems

• Prepare annual audit plan and risk-based audit schedule

• financial, operational & compliance audits across all group companies

• checking & monitoring market price of  procurement and purchase items

• internal control systems and identify weaknesses

• vouchers, bills, financial documents, payroll, inventory, fixed assets ,

• VAT, Tax & regulatory compliance

• Detect fraud, irregularities, or financial leakage

• Audit reports with recommendations and follow-up actions

• Lead and manage audit team members

• Checking & Monitoring of Bank/Party Reconciliation

• Visit factories/Party for audit inspections

• Others as per require from Management
