Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement fleet operations based on approved SOP at the HCMP Cox’s Bazar and Bhashanchor and also implementation of i-fleet software.
∎ Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet besides managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
∎ Supervising vehicle road crash management and updated record in the i-fleet
∎ To take necessary steps of renew/enlist of fuel suppliers’/local workshops agreement with through BPD
∎ Ensure physical verification of vehicles (periodically), Prepare a report on verification and also monitor fuel usages (KPL) against each vehicle.
∎ Monitor VTS reports to oversee drivers OT, vehicle speed and vehicle KM run along with vehicle location movements
∎ Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of vehicles by setting effective mechanism by analyzing data
∎ Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
∎ Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Plan and prepare the annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.
∎ Monitor and supervise BRTA related jobs, ensure/update vehicle related documents
∎ Conduct annual health check of drivers and present to management for decision. Take measures to ensure safe driving including training of drivers on periodical basis.
∎ Manage vehicles parking facility considering vehicle safety, ensure vehicle cleanliness
∎ Prepare monthly and periodical reports on fleet management which include OT report, fuel KPI report, registration and renewal of fitness etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of progressively experienced in administration/ motor vehicle fleet management/ including repair/ maintenance experienced background.
